The Butter consultation

Building a trusting relationship takes time. During the Butter Consultation, you have 45 minutes to connect with Cosmetic Nurse Elysia and develop an individualised treatment plan.

Our greatest mission is to ignite confidence in the patients we treat and support a deeper and more loving connection to self. Cosmetic Nurse Elysia will provide a treatment journey booklet at the start of your consultation, which inspires you to reflect on what you already love about yourself and your motivations for treatment. It also guides you to refine your treatment goals and budget for future treatments. To help you relax as you reflect, we have a selection of Love Tea to be enjoyed in one of our locally made Butter cups.

After we have reviewed your clinical photos, we will explore the treatment possibilities for you. First, Cosmetic Nurse Elysia will take a thorough medical history to ensure you are appropriate for treatment. There will also be plenty of time for you to ask questions about our treatments and discuss your concerns. She will then work in collaboration with her prescribing doctor to suggest a treatment plan to achieve an optimal outcome, taking your treatment goals and budget into consideration.

At the end of the consultation, you will have an in-depth understanding of the treatment you are seeking and the risks, aftercare and costs involved. The choice is yours; you can proceed with treatment if time allows, book a future date, or take a moment at home to consider if it feels right for you. It’s perfectly fine if you choose not to go ahead with treatment. We will still enjoy sipping on Love Tea and appreciating the minimalist details of the Butter consult room.

Please be advised that Cosmetic Nurse Elysia may refuse patients for treatment if they are not appropriate. Cosmetic injectable treatments are contraindicated in women who are pregnant or breastfeeding and those who have an active infection. Please come to the consultation wearing no makeup.

Follow up consultation

The follow up consultation is an important part of the treatment journey.

This appointment involves taking post treatment photos and meeting with Cosmetic Nurse Elysia to assess your treatment outcome. You will also have the opportunity to reflect back on your initial treatment goals, share the impact your treatment had on your confidence and ask any further questions.

From here, we can organise additional treatment if required, or explore further treatment options.
